I have a 30 g tank with dual T5 HO bulbs, highly mirrored reflector and 20 year old Aqua Rays Fresh and Saltwater bulbs.
Should I replace the bulbs?

I've been all over the spectrum, from 6 hrs to 12. Never really seem to 'get it right'
