How much food does a typical fish tank eat in a year?

Well, how much? I was thinking that, if the fish in my 29 gallon were fed flakes 6 times a week and frozen foods were fed on those days, a 75 gram container could last them a year as long as the main container was kept in the freezer. What do you guys think about this?

There is no 'typical' tank' as far as feeding is concerned. Everybody feeds their fish differently and even feeds different tanks differently. I guess one way to figure out how much you feed is to weigh how much you feed daily and multiply that over the year. I go through a 12oz flat pack of frozen blood worms and brine shrimp every 2-3 weeks and that's for 3 tanks.
