planning on setting up a 20g long with scarlet badis and some nano schooling fish
im wondering if a internal filter would work instead of a sponge
something like this

or should I be aiming for less filtration since the fish are so small?
maybe a whisper 10?

I already have a hw 302 on my 38gal and I think it might be a little overpowered for the fish I was looking at

the one I linked is about 5x the number of gallons, so aslong as the intake/output is wide enough it shouldn't be too strong of a current(I hope)
