I’ve been running the Plant 3.0 for a week now and just hate the warm white color. Is the warm white critical for plant growth? Can I compensate for turning it off by increasing “cool white & pure white”? I just have lower tech plants (java fern, Ludwigia, dwarf sag, wisteria, ect..) standard 55 gallon.

None of the plants you are growing are high light plants. So it's not the biggest of deals. Try experimenting with your warm white turned down for a while and see how your plants react. Also watch for algae. I doubt that slight change will spur algae growth, but one never knows.

While I am making my new top for my new 180g tank I am just running some cool white LED shop lights from Costco that I threw up on the 180 for the time being. The plants love them! So does the algae. 🙁
