how high should I hang my T5HO fixture?

So I'm in the process of starting another tank and I found this a T5 fixture at a garage sale for a cheap price.

Its a two-ft, 4 bulb fixture that will run 24w bulbs. As of now I have 4 6700k bulbs ready to photosynthesize some plants. The tank I want to use it on is a Mr. Aqua A-720 (17.1 gallons) and 14.25 in. tall.

I know that 4x24w bulbs will be a little over kill and this is my first T5 fixture as i have been using LED since i started this hobby. How high should I keep the fixture from the tank if I wanted to grow some high light plants?

Heres a picture of the fixture itself. I was lucky enough to have the tank and fixture be of the same dimensions 23.25x11.80 in.

Pretty high looking at hoppy's chart if you plan on running all 4 at 1 time. If you don't mind "hacking" the light to add a second cord you could go lower. Then run 2 at a time with slight overlap for a "burst" before the first set turns off. if you want all 4 all the time, looking at the chart about 2.5 feet above substrate will put you roughly 80 par.
