When I moved all my plants and livestock from my 125g to the new 240g about 10 days ago, I took ALL the media from my 2 Fluval FX5's and put them in the new sump.
Ammonia levels as of today were still undetectable.
I'm still keeping a close eye on it since this this tank is full of discus.
