Hello guys. I'm a newbie so pardon me if my questions sound dumb. Just bought a few plants but when i put them in my tank some of the stems are bendy, i guess from being in the plastic bags too long. How do i correct this please.

They will grow towards the light as they settle in. Just be patient and it will fix itself.

On a daily basis, my pearl weed lean toward a window in the morning before the lights come on. A couple hours after the lights come on they are reaching upward.

That's normal. They move over each other to reach the light. They also don't grow straight up and will often go sideways before sending up more shoots. If you want a straighter looking bush, wait until they grow out before trimming and replanting the straight stems.
