Hey guys I have a 5.5 gallon tank with a nerite snail. He or I guess she eats a lot of algae, but has laid tons of eggs alnost all sides of the glass. How can I get rid of these in the most humane way possible?
THANKS?

Nerite eggs will not hatch in freshwater.
Your nerites will continue to lay eggs until everyhting in your tank is covered with small white spots. That's why I got rid of mine. They're great for eating algae but cause another problem with their eggs.
there is no humane way to do it. only option is a scraper or your fingernail and lots of elbow grease. if it makes you feel any better the eggs are not viable because they were laid in freshwater.

thus making it quite humane.
