Hey, I bought a Coralife Aqualight 96W 20" quad-compact back in October but the one fan has been super loud. I took it apart and realized that this fan wasn't even assembled all the way and once I put it together it did fix some of the problem but I would still rather listen to my cheap air pump vibrating.
So, does anyone know how to get ahold of Coralife? I sent an email on October 23rd to the email that the light said to contact for help: [email protected] ... No answer. Then with some research it appears Coralife merged with another company so I sent an email on November 6th here: http://www.oceanicsystems.com/contact/ ... Still no answer, so then on November 11th I sent an email here: http://www.central-aquatics.com/contact-us/ ... You might have noticed a pattern, but if not, there was still no answer. I wish they could have forwarded me to the right people or at least tell me they don't care. I've been very patient since I pulled the fuse for the loud fan but I know that it isn't good in the long term. So I was just hoping someone knew how to get in touch with Coralife. :help: Thanks.
