How compatible are these fish?

I've got a 20 gallon with 5 Beckford Pencilfish, around 10 pygmy cories, 3 otos, a pygmy gourami, a Pseudomugil something, a scarlet badis, and a bunch of RCS. I'm planning on moving the scarlet badis to a 2.5 gallon in a month or whenever it gets cycled. I just added the Pencilfish and badis and want to know how well this will work. Also, is this overstocked?

you will need to be more specific with the Pseudomugil something. There are several fish in that Genus. I have no other experience with the pencilfish or the cories. Oto's should be fine, the gourami and the badis might come into conflict as they have a similar body shape. The RCS should be established before any other fish are added, and be placed in a very heavily planted tank for any chance of baby survival.
It's this, it's pretty small, swims around near the top. I feel really bad for it because it's always trying to stay with the pencilfish, but the pencilfish swim too fast for it.

The RCS were the first things in the tank, then pygmy cories, then the pygmy gourami and pseudomugil, and I just added the badis and pencilfish.

Badis and gouramis will definately hunt baby shrimps. And might go after adults as well.

I definitely second that. I use to have gouramis that ate my live shrimp...my gouramis were on the big side though. But as long as they're gouramis I would be wary since they are all hungry predators at heart.
My dwarf Gourami leaves my cherrys alone, exept to steal the food from them lol. The rainbow you posted a picture of looks like this one.

They do better of a group of 6 or more, so bringing up the count on them will be more beneficial to the aquarium as a whole. Some fish get extra aggressive if the numbers are not high enough. I do not have any experience with this particular fish though.
