I was raised in college town in IN, but you have never seen so many Blue and orange folks as UF, even pro teams do not have the kind of rabid loyalty and spirit. It's in it's own unique place there.

The place is packed to gills every time they play(70-90 K folks). I'd not want to be an opposing fan in that place. The Swamp is not a friendly place for the other players and fans.

Some nice "orange" paper for the wrapping would be nice:thumbsup:

All I have to say to Ohio is "WTF?" They were slow, confused, childish, idiotic, and played as a second rate team. I found the game to be rather boring as Florida just picked apart OSU.

Funny how OSU did the SAME thing to Michigan yet they were too dumb to protect themselves against it. Spread the defense and nail the holes. Is it really that hard to have near professionals switch to a man coverage system? NO! Gee, stick with what you know and get your ass kicked or switch to a new system for a series or two...hmmmm. Florida didn't do anything unheard of, just simple pitch and catch football.

I'm obviously not a Gator fan, nor a fan of the Urban Crier, but they executed almost all of their plays and completely destroyed a slow, inept, pathetic Big 10 defense. To say the Big 10 can compete with an SEC team makes me laugh. My own Dawgs played better than The Chumpeyes...if OSU was in the SEC they would have gone to Shreveport.

What was with the defensive coordinators gameplan to rush 3 and play zone? What an idiot? The only way to beat Leak is to actually beat him into the ground with blitz after blitz...get in his head and frustrate him...unfortunately the Big 10 LBs are slow, overrated and couldn't get any pressure. Did I say the defensive coordinator was stupid to rush 3 and play drop-back zone? Why would you give an accurate QB time to pick apart your secondary? sheesh...I can't believe I stayed up late watching that...

Derrrrr. I didn't understand that gameplan at all. It just made no sense. And then refusing to do anything about it just made the situation worse! Anyone with decent football knowledge could have figured out zone defense doesn't work against Florida.

Leak was surprisingly good. Smith shouldn't have won the Heisman in the first place....

record isn't the only thing. I do think the Bowl games are BS....I know if we matched up LSU to OSU it would be a no contest....but yet LSU will get screwed out of the better ranking. They will never give up this bowl play for winners because of the money...period. It has always been BS how these rankings are made.

Yeah they are BS. Going undefeated doesn't mean a thing anymore really. It matters more on the conference you play in than what your record is.

I'm waiting for the Planted Tank bowl game where Troy and UCF can play for the title.
