How a scape evolves, in pictorial essays

I'd like to see a thread with a quick series of pictures (plus minimal description) showing the evolution of an aquascape. The Tank Journals do this, but sometimes over 50 or more pages, so let's put these condensed visual stories here. Absolute minimum should be two photos, but 3 or more is better. Like this:
