It will fill out on its own. As much light as possible and water that isn't overly warm will give the best results.

I have found conflicting information about this plant. Some sites say low light, others say high light. Will this do well in a tropical tank?
I only have growth on the tops. I read that I can put the stems under the substrate to promote growth from the stem. Is that the way to go or will it fill out on it's own?
