A week and a half ago my honey gourami was found out of his tank stuck to wooden lacquer and dried up a bit. I have no idea how long he was out for. He recovered and his tail came off but quickly grew back. Only problem is a couple days after the incident he has been showing brown spots on his head. I have two other honey gourami and other fish in tank that aren't showing any symptoms. Any idea of what this could be? Thanks for the help in advance!
Parameters: Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0
I believe nitrate is 0 because I have been using seachem prime and for some reason the nitrates don't show when I use it...I tested before my water change this morning everything looked fine

Probably the fish version of scabs and scratches. You could try a methylene blue bath, just to keep it disinfected.
