It is difficult to see from the photos since they are a bit distorted and blurry but the brown may just be a result of the leaf dying from being chewed on.

Or there may have been a deficiency of some kind to start with and the pleco's damage is superimposed on top of that.

Either way I'd see if switching the pleco to another tank for a while will prevent any new damage on the plants. The damaged leaves will not heal, but new leaves should be damage free.

Are you fertilizing the tank at all? How long have you had the plant for? Can you do a nitrate test on the water?
