I took some cuttings from my high light (3.25 WPG) high tech 20 gallon to my 10 gallon low tech tank at work. Mainly java fern and Bacopa caroliniana.

Everything is doing well but the Bacopa. I also have java moss and Cabomba growing like weeds in there. The tops of the Bacopa are turning transparent and not looking too good. Is that just because of the change of lighting and nutrients? These are the two setups:

20 gallon:
65 W Coralife PC - 10 hours a day
EI with bulk dry ferts and trace on alternate days
50% water change a week
pressurized CO2
Florabase

10 gallon:
T8 - 15 W 10 hours with 30 W 4 hours during the day
Trace and Excel twice a week
20 % water change once every 2 weeks
Inert gravel

The 10 gallon has 9 neons and amanos and red cherry shrimps.

Any ideas on what I am missing? Not enough light?

Anyone have any ideas on this one? I am seeing this on the top leaves of every stem, but nothing below the 6 or 7th leaf.

Tested nitrates and phosphates today. 5 ppm and 1 ppm respectively. So that could be part of the problem. Maybe I need to dose nitrates to 10 ppm? Or maybe increase fish load?
