So i am running 2watts per gallon on my planted tank and am getting decent growth from my dwarf sag and crypts would it be better if i ran with 4 watts per gallon instead?
Just sell my 108 watt light and get a 216 for my 55gal.

What brand is your light? If it is almost anything except a FishNeedIt brand you already have very high light. You need to be using pressurized CO2, and a complete fertilizer dosing scheme. Low light plants just grow much faster with high light, provided they also have the nutrients needed to grow faster.

high light for low light plants needs to be with good and balanced nutrient regiment plus water changes. if you slip up its an algae storm.
