So my dad recently told me to sell his hexagon since i don't take care of it for him. I only do this since it's his fish and plants and my interest in them is just not there. Anyways he also gave the the option to clean it up and do what i want with it and i was thinking about a scape for it. This will be low light no co2 and maybe ferts and excel.
dimensions and specs coming soon.

So far.
Manzanita coming down like roots, with anubias on it. As far as the bottom goes maybe some java fern on rocks or something...
My actual vision is really blurry still, which is why I have come to to you guys for ideas.

i also need suggestions on filtration

Start in the middle

With a Hex tank, start in the middle, instead of tha back of the tank. Build tall in the middle (upright driftwood or tall rocks), in a circle; then as you work around the circle get smaller and smaller. Leaveing around the circle bare for fish to swim, and water to move.
