i just set up my diy co2 and when the co2 goes through the pipe shouldnt u be able to see the bubble go through the airstone and into the watter?? i see the co2 in my bubble counter but i dont see bubbles in my tank

The diffuser probly has to big of holes? That's my guess. And does anyone know where I can but a Asa st brand on off 2 thread valve online?

the airstone has a small opening i think it casue i have too long of a pipe and it got to many twist and turns? could that be it ?

Idk the diffuser I have (not setup yet) I can't see any holes it looks like its almost smooth. I don't think the pipe will have any effect but Im not sure.

i was told to stick the pipe into the filter to act as my diffuser and i know the pipe doenst has holes it brand new

Ok sorry Idk what to tell you I'm still trying to get my DIY co2 system together. Where did u by your co2 on off 2 thread valve? If you have one

it alright i dont think i have a thread valve the only valve i have is a one way valve

Usually this means you have a leak somewhere downstream of the bubble counter, so no CO2 makes it all the way to the tank. I have had that problem, and had to work with soapy solution for quite awhile to find the leak. CO2 leaks are generally extremely tiny, so much so that you need to leave the soapy solution on the joints for several minutes before a little mound of tiny bubbles shows up where the leak is.
