can anyone tell me what this little green creature is... found it in my fish tank when cleaning... i only have albino quarry cats and guppies in the tank....

Welcome to TPT!

That looks like it may be a dragonfly midge. They do have the ability to latch onto fish so it was good that you removed it. It probably hitchhiked in on some plants either as an egg or smaller midge that you did not spot.
