Depends on the look you're going for. If it were my tank, I would definitely get some hardscpe in there.
help with my 40 breeder
Hi there. I've been trying to work on this 40 breeder I got for awhile now. I'm using eco complete as the substrate. I need help and suggestions, though, because I feel like I'm completely failing at aquascaping it.
At first it was a Crypt only tank, and I just didn't think it looked good, so I tore everything out last week and added Ludwigia Repens I think? left one little crypt in there... And so far Cyperus Helferi... I just got my Aquaticlife 36 inch T5HO today and it's around 80 watts, I'm not sure if that's good for that plant or not, though. If that doesn't work out, I might try a carpet of dwarf sag
I'm using Flourish Excel a couple times a week. Stock is also very low. 9 Neons.
