:icon_frow I am in the process of putting together my canopy for my 65gal.
I just realized that the top of the canopy, 38"X21", is warped.
Does anyone know how to unbend this?
I'm using a 1/2 thick plywood...
thank you!

In theory you can reverse the warping of wood, including plywood, and hold it that way for a day or two, and that will eliminate the warping. I have never found this to work with plywood, so I just try very hard to avoid warped plywood. I have seen warped doors straightened that way, so I know it works with some wood.

I like buying "handy panels", 4' x 4' or 2' x 4', instead of fulll sheets of plywood, because I usually find that the panels are much flatter. Home Depot plywood, except for the most expensive, I find is always warped.

I have been able to straighten warped plywood by first drenching it and then weighing it down on a flat sunny floor with bricks and letting it dry out.
