It definitely isn't ich....only other thing I can think of is hole in the head. I recently lost a lot of lemon tetras from something that would eat away part of their face gills and body, like lesions. Could it have been hole in the head all along? here are some videos of the tetras and another of the angelfish. If not what in the world is it and what should I use? The lemon tetras are replaceable but the angel is the star of the show.

i don't think it looks like hole in the head. Hole in the head kind of looks like some one stabbed them multiple times with a pencil. What size tank? temp, ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate?

Its a 50 gallon. The temp is like 76 no idea about the rest, the tank has been set up for a pretty long time. The tank isn't mine I just take care of it. When I first started caring for the tank the fish had this going on, I removed them all and put in a uv sterilizer for awhile and got all new fish and made it a planted tank. Things were great for a few months then the lemon tetras started getting this, most of them died or were killed and now the angel has it. If I knew what it was I could treat the tank, but I have no idea.
