So today I noticed my drop checker as showing a bit blue. My pH meter was reading 0.3 points above the point at which my c02 turns on. I also noticed no bubbles coming out of outflow (I inject inline with a venturi reactor).

I checked the lines to the reactor, then finally disconnected everything and put the c02 hose into the water....no c02 flow. I then disconnected the solenoid from my pH controller and plugged it into the wall. I heard it "click" on but still no c02 flow.

I then switched to a new c02 tank and still no flow. At this point i think my regulator and solenoid are shot? Is there anything i can do?

Suggestions would be appreciated! :icon_eek:

I would try opening the needle valve all the way and pluging and unpluging the solenoid a few times to see if this will clear anything in the line. (also making sure the working pressure is turned up, not crazy high but a good bit)

is it a MA957?

Aha! That seemed to have worked. Something must have been in the line that i couldnt see. Whew! Thanks so much. I didnt want to have to spring for a new one!

Sometimes a tiny bit of debris gets clogged in your solenoid and a good blowing out corrects the issue. Glad to hear you fixed the problem.
