Just curious, if you were to scape my tank with what I already have, how would you do it? I'm not happy with the current look and would like some help.

I also have 2 small Amazon swords, some Java fern and anubias in another tank.

I'm not an expert at aquascaping by any means but if you wanna go for a natural look I would put the branch at left corner and stand it up at an angle and use the rocks you have to kind of support the branch and bunch the plants on the right. Just what I would do

You mean as if the branch is a root coming from a tree into a river? With part of the wood out of the tank.

Hi matt
You could move the large rocks further back into the right corner, smaller rock on the left move infront of the 2 larger rocks on the right. Set your wood on a 20/ 30 degree angle coming up from behind those new placed rocks. Those stem plants in the middle left i would cut right down and spread around the front of the rocks like a carpet. Leave your longer stem plants at the back. You could even put some soil between the rocks and put your swords in there. Maybe tie your java fern onto the wood with cotton. Or you could hang your wood down into the tank with fishing line

Use the rule of the two thirds / golden ratio with 1 focal point.
