Do not get the ea fspec. At the least the da Fspec. I would go with the dhl 6500k. Check the readings I did here with the two

Great thought the fspec was going to be fine wrong last time I had a tank there were these new lights out power compacts .. been a while most everything remains the same except for lighting ... leds have me lost just looking to grow some Anubius java fern and a couple crypts

Bump: I already have the fspec lol it looks nice.. has been on the tank for 3 months lol

The ea and da are much different. The da much more powerful.

Ok thanks do you think I would be ok adding one da I guess it would have to be a 48" since they don't come 60" .. so I would have one ea and da on a 120 gal tank

Only about an inch on each side on the 48" I have. So not enough.

Interesting. So you got the quad evo? That's a very powerful light par wise.
You will most likely get algae in a low tech setup with this powerful light. Just a warning. You could always put it on a dimmer but would have to get seperately.

No I didn't get it was just looking what top dog sellers had I guess he's the reseller for beamswork I found he has a used da in a 60inch as well should I just go with that
