This algae is all over my monte carlo carpet. Im not sure what it is or how to get rid of it. For a background,i have already battled against blue green algae and still battling against hair algae as well. This brown fuzzy stuff that looks like dirt almost on the leaves has held on through everything. Please help!

Hard to be sure from the pics, but it looks like a type of string algae. If your plants are stressed (either because they are transitioning or because you've been making changes to the tank while fighting the other algae) they release nutrients into the water and algae will grow opportunistically on the leaves.
