Help identifying shrimp

Hi, I recently got two shrimp from the LFS they were both sold as yamato shrimp but don't look all that similar. One looks like a typical yamato but the other not so much. I'm not sure if it's just a gender thing or if he's a different shrimp all together, any help would be great. Excuse the picture quality I've not yet mastered aquarium photography.
