These are on my banana plant pad. They are creepy looking to me, and would like to know what they are?

I can't tell for sure. If they have wings, then they are probably thrips. If they are wingless and can jump when disturbed, then they are probably springtails. If neither of those, then they could be aphids. Bugs on aquatic plants
