New here! I have a 10G tank that has been plagued with algae for some time.

Here are the specs:
No ferts/CO2
Weekly 25-30% water changes
NICREW LED Light, 9 hours per day
AquaClear 20 filter & sponge filter
Temp stays ~78F
Bare bottom
6 Chili rasbora
20-30+ RCS
2 Otos
1 Nerite

This doesn’t look like any of the common algae types and I haven’t had success controlling it. It is pretty much covering every plant and surface in the tank.

Water Plant Vertebrate Botany Pet supply

Plant Insect Terrestrial plant Pollinator Grass

It looks like green fuzz algae which you can read about here

Since you don't add CO2 or ferts you may want to cut your light down to 6-7 hours...and keep up the water changes

What @rzn7z7 said. Good chance it’s the start of hair algae due to too much light. Cut it back a little or add ferts.

Also, how long has the tank been running? Could be some diatoms as well
