Help finding this plant

It's not an aquatic plant, not sure what it is called though.
I recommend you take it out of your tank as it will start to rot eventually. Possibly ask the shop to refund you as well.

It looks like a Dracaena of some sorts, lucky bamboo belongs to this same genus and are not aquatic plants. If you can't get a refund and have an HOB filter, put it there with the leaves out of the water and it will likely do well there.
