Hey ya guys, I'm having a problem and I can't seem to figure out what this stuff is in my tank/on my bubble ladder. When the co2 bubble comes out of the tube, it can pass though it but then it like, settles back to what is was before under the first ladder line. I'm not sure how to describe it, I could make a quick video if I really need to.

Here are the two pics I took.

That white fluff is perfectly normal when using DIY CO2. It may be aesthetically displeasing, but it is harmless.

You can remove it, but it will come back. The best way to slow down its formation is to put in a separator between the CO2 bottle and the ladder.

to help make the water in the separator super salty to help clean the gas
