I gave a 20 gallon long planted tank (first freshwater tank in a few years and first planted ever) that just finished cycling a week ago. I added 3 rummy nose from one LFS and 4 rummy nose from another. I then added 5 harlequin rasboras. I did not realize the rummy nose tetras were so sensitive, and even though my tank parameters were fine, I lost 4 (suspect they may have all been from the same store). The other 3 are doing great and swimming with the rasboras occasionally.

Should I try some rummy's again since everything I have read said they should be kept in a larger group or should I hold off until the tank has been running for awhile longer? I would also like to add some additional harlequin rasboras, but not sure what to do first. I am thinking 9 or rasboras and 9 or so rummy nose with a few snails and some RCS all added over time unless this would be too much for the tank.
