If you already tried the toothbrush I'd try a Fan paintbrush, they are available at Michaels or hobby lobby - I see you are in singapore, I don't know where would carry them in singapore but anywhere with art paint should have brushes.
You could also try a fine toothed hair comb.

very tough, very fine, not easy to break, like green colored hair

Use H202 dip, guessing FF is tied in DW or stone, take outta tank dip for a 1-2 minutes..it will turn kinda washed out after treatment but will hold back in no time.

Be careful with h202 dip, can damage your moss in no time.

Cut back on lighting!

I have the same algae in my fissidens....what an enormous pain in the @[email protected]@$Y
I have to clean it out weekly. My lights are mounted WAY off the top of my tank ( I used hoppys thread) , I dose EI, and have what I believe are good Co2 levels. It never really gets in the other plants much. The fissidens it loves though. It also made me pull all the HC out of my tank.

I have had most other types of algae but this one is hands down the toughest to deal with. All the others were fairly easy to get rid of.
