69 degrees in there now(room temp)

I'm getting it replaced tomorrow or the next day
Will they be ok?

it should be fine. try to seal it up as much as possible maybe a blanket around the side to keep the heat in more. great reason to have back ups or 2 heaters in the tank.

you could put hot water in a coke bottle then in the tank would work for a little while

It's probably a moo point now(moo, like a cow's opinion),but:

Do you have a space heater you could put in the room? 69 is fine, much colder is not.
