Possible?

I've been reading mixed responses from all of you guys / girls here.
Some says, it must have CO2, it must be colder (72-75), and so on.

If you see in one of the pic, the temp is near 80, and the HC is plush green..

I tried to plant HC by the clumps, but they turn dark green and slowly melts.
People at the LFS did say HC requires high light. But didn't say anything about co2. My soil is coarse type.. not sure if that is part of the problem.

Now I'm concluding HC just needs high light, and CO2, regardless of temperature. But unsure.:confused:
