I've always had good experience when ordering from Big Al's. But I cannot say the same thing for product returns.
I returned two items following a customer rep's direction on 12/16/2009. It was the first return ever for me. According to my tracking #, they received the items on 12/18 but I haven't received store credit yet. I emailed customer service a couple times including today and was told that they were still waiting for confirmation from the warehouse. Give me a break! I know the warehouse received the items more than 2 weeks ago. Why does it take so long for the warehouse to inform customer service of the receipt?
Is this typical of Big Al's? If so, I'll probably order from Dr Foster or TPP.
