Discus will eat next anything they can fit in their mouth. I don't think I would try this.

Im doing a planted discus tank and would liketo add some shrimp. Are there any that can take the 84 degree temperature?

If you don't mind the real possibility of giving your discus a treat, you may be able to keep ghost or Amanos.
