Hardscaping Help

First time setting up an aquarium and thus, first time trying to aquascape. Pick up various rocks from a local landscaping company; some lava rock, elephant skin stone, and something that looks like ohko/dragon stone. I've set up a couple test scapes and can't quite decide on the best. I can always throw more substrate in, everything is temporary for now. Note that this is a 5.5 gallon aquarium and I'm going for an iwagumi-esque scape, if possible.

I think I like the lava rock scapes the most. Not sure about the rock in the right of the first picture. The second picture is basically all the lava rocks I have (though I have another largish one not shown). Third image is the elephant skin stone, just one large rock. I only have it and another piece the same size, so not much variation there. Last is the ohko front facing and top down to show rock sizes/positioning... having trouble coming up with something I like for it so just threw it together.

So, any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I like the first one, but take out the rock on the far right.
Also the third pic has a nice rock, if you where to stand that up (whichever angle works best) in the left corner of the tank im sure that'd be nice. What plants do you plan on using?

Haven't given the plants much thought yet. Going to try a carpet of some sort, no idea what though. Monte Carlo or some Marsilea variant maybe?

if your going along the iwugami route for sure, then I suggest DHG (Dwarf Hairgrass) as a carpeting plant. Will you be able to provide pressurized CO2, and fertilizers? As well as high lighting.

CO2 at some point possibly, going to see what I can accomplish without for now. Fertilizers - yes. High lighting - maybe? Using a 16" Finnex Stingray and I haven't been able to find any PAR ratings for this particular model. My guess is medium light given the rather shallow depth of 5.5 gallons.

EDIT:

Just put this together using another piece of ohko that wasn't featured previously. Of all the scapes with the ohko stone, this is probably my favorite.
