lol remember when my old bamboo shrimp molted then decided to go hide inside of my HOB at the time, i thougth the little guy died a few weeks later i go to clean the filter and he jumped back out and into the tank.

they can get up to 4" but their harmless to other creatures in the tank all they have is filter fans for hands

Do Bamboo shrimp ingest their exo's? I thought they were just filter feeders. Should I leave it in for all of the other shrimp?

Bamboo shrimp physically cannot eat their exoskeletons, but if you dry it then powder it, that's a different story. Your other shrimp will eventually eat it, but if they don't, it will only dissolve in the water and barely raise your Ph.

These shrimp are perfectly fine with Red Cherry Shrimp, however, I recommend supplement feeding these mighty shrimp with powder food.
