What's the best groundcover for an aquarium with an Eco-complete substrate? I'm considering HC and Glosso.

There is really no "best" ground cover; whatever looks best to you will work :)

I personally like HC and/or UG.
I like HC too, but I think it was Tom Barr who said I woud have better luck with Glosso. :)
Glosso works real well with Eco Complete. I had it for over a year as a carpet with this substrate.
What about tenellus, does that do well with eco-complete? I'm going to be setting up a second tank soon and was planning on using tenellus just because I already have it.
any ground cover will grow in ec....

or any other substrate within reason as far as that goes..
I guess the million dollor question is what types of lights are you going to have on it. That will help you figure out what you can keep.

Good point.

It's a 29-gallon Biocube with 72 watts of total lighting, which consists of (2) 10000 K bulbs and (2) 6700 K bulbs. That's almost 2.5 watts per gallon.
What kind of bulbs are these? 2.5 WPG of T5HO lighting would be very different than 2.5 WPG of T12 lighting....

I would say if you had 2.5 WPG of T5HO lighting, it's a bit too much.
This is a Biocube with 72-watts of compact fluorescent bulbs.
