Ground cover plants

Ok so I have a standard 125g tank so I believe it's 23 inches in height. I'm running pressurized co2 with a Rex griggs reactor, 2 24 inch finnex planted plus lights in the front and a 48 in 24/7 finnex planted plus in the rear. I have some dwarf hair grass on the left side of the tank and star repent on the right to see how they do but I would like something that will spread and give dense ground cover in the middle of the tank. Any suggestions? And is my lighting adequate?

Well which would be easier and thicker....HC, Marco Polo, or pearl weed?

Pearl weed is probably the easiest, then Monte Carlo, then HC. Since you are running CO2 go with the one you like most. I recommend Monte Carlo though.

Ok but do you think I have sufficient lighting? I've noticed through research the pearl weed grows vertical which is not ideal...I think Monte Carlo will be the way to go

I don't know for sure, lighting is my least knowledgeable area of the hobby because in Malaysia we don't have the same light fixtures most of you do.
I would just Google the PAR measurements (PAR is a way of measuring light intensity, Google it if you want to read about it etc.) of your lights to be sure, but I think you'll be alright. Monte Carlo doesn't need a lot of light.

Ok sounds good, I'll probably end up planting it in small sections because it's going into a 125g and there's no way I'm planting individual stems lol

Fair call, I would not want to be sitting there planting it. Still don't make the clumps too big, the plant tends to fair better when planted in small clumps.

Yea depending on how much I'm able to get I'm thinking 1"x1" pieces
