what is the best way to create green water fast?

Supposedly ammonia in the water. I have never been able to grow it either. My attempts at using ammonia led to white bacterial blooms and hair algae.

Dirt from your backyard placed in a container that gets strong light. Make sure the water Ph is above 7.5 and gh and kh are high.
Google "Daphnia Farm...enjoy", and read this article to have a full time supply of green water.

No Circulation, too much light, heat, and lots of nutrients should get you green water.
