Greater Akron Aquarium Society

I’m wondering if anyone on planted tank is involved in the Greater Akron Aquarium Society or any other local clubs.
I’ve been meaning to check out one of their monthly meetings for about… oh…4 years now :) I just never seem to get around to it. They seem to have some pretty interesting speakers at their monthly meetings.
If there are members that have planted tanks it would be nice to be able to exchange clippings.

I belong to the Medina Aquarium Society (meeting is 2nd Friday of the month at 8 PM) and the Ohio Cichlid Association (1st Friday of the month at 8 PM). I also have been meaning to join the GAAS but can't seem to remember on the day of the meeting.

There are always plants available at the M.A.S. meeting and usually at the OCA meetings as well.

I'd never even heard of those clubs. I'll have to start checking some of them out. Their meetings are on the first Thursday of each month.
