I recieved my refurbished 36" 96W CF Sattelite light from Tri-City Tropical Fish yesterday. I couldn't tell it from a new one and the price was less than half that of new. The bulb was broken when it arrived even though well packed. A quick phone call and I talked to George about it. He immediately said he would send a new bulb. That is great service IMO as he likely didn't make a dime on this sale. I highly reccomend Tri-City Tropical Fish.
