beautiful tank! id say killifish only tank, I say that because I've never seen that before
Well not so much as to speeding the tank up, but I would suggest daily dose of Seachem Prime to protect your fish while the tank is finishing its cycle. Partial water changes as well to keep nitrites down.Killifish purchased. One male two females. I am hoping the tank is cycled enough for them when they arrive. Otherwise I am going to have to keep them in a holding tank for a bit until then.
Any suggestions in speeding up this last bit of cycle?

I like the look of the roots hanging down. Pretty nice IMO.Yeah a bunch of amazon frogbit and a little bit of red root.
Yea I prefer traditional, long and cube style tanks. But hey as long as you can use it right?I figured it would be good for the fry to feed on for the CPD. I have not fallen in love with the hexagon style tank though I must say.

I had a big hex tank for angels for years and really liked it at the time, but I don't think I'd have one for most fish. Angels really looked good in the "column" orientation with plenty of room to go up and down and hex is really the only way to get that profile to work in a big tank as far as I have seen.I figured it would be good for the fry to feed on for the CPD. I have not fallen in love with the hexagon style tank though I must say.
