Good quality Shrimp/Crayfish food?

Getting CPO crayfish, so I want to know if the food I am going to use it any good. I know there are many good choices, just want to confirm my choice isn't one of the bad ones.

I chose Shirakura Ebi Dama Special Ultra, and Shirakura Chi Ebi. The Special Ultra is because my tank isn't established and there is no bio film for the crayfish to feed on, and the Chi Ebi because I've heard that helps create a bio film (as well as feeds baby crayfish/shrimps if the need arises).

Are these some of the better options?

I don't know much about food for your CPO but for shrimp these are great choices!
