If you know a tiny bit about electronics, you can buy a couple of cold cathode ray tubes used for illuminating computer cases, and wire them to a DC converter to create the lights. Other than that, there are places such as big al's that sell moon light kits, and lights that come equipped with moon lights as part of the package.
