I know most of you are almost done with finals but I still think you should see this for good luck:

LOL... I'm not exactly sure how much that has motivated me in my studying endeavors, but at this hour most any distractions are welcomed. :bounce:

This is so amazingly awesome!

Last exam is tomorrow... yay! But it's English......
is that you in the vid
I finished my Phlebotomy externship on December 13, 2010. Now I can apply to take the American Society of Clinical Pathologist exam to become a "certified" Phlebotomist, even though it isn't require... but it might look good on my resume and might give me another set of abbreviations to add to the end of my name. :)
Well after that, there's no way I won't crush my last three finals. But really, the fact that after I finish I get a month off to do nothing is getting me through studying. That and distractions like TPT...
That is epic...

Nope! I wish I had that amount of talent though.
I know people love to rip on guys that act and look like the one in the video, but at least he's got the set to put himself out there and not care what others think.

OMGLOL!!! That kid rocks!

(I'm ashamed that I recognize this 80's hair band stuff from my teen years.)

[We're heading for Venus-enus-enus!] HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I don't but I'm 40. Lots of kids had hair like that in the 90s, especially newer deadheads for some reason that I don't know...

Watch some of his other tube clips, he's pretty talented & funny. (& they show that he's definitely a he :))
What classes are you guys taking next semester?! I managed to register for:

Intro PC Applications - CIS 118 - 101
Law & Ethics for Health Prof - HPR 106 - 100
Basic EKG Interpretation - HPR 190 - 100
General Psychology I: SS3 - PSY 101 - 103

:D :D :D :D :D
One class I'll be taking next semester that I absolutely dread is college algebra. You see, I'm a part-time adult student and haven't so much as looked at an algebra book in over a decade. Trying to review all that I've basically forgotten is really going to eat up my break.
One more final tomorrow night, and then I have the following to look forward to in the spring...

ME 32600 ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGEMENT
ME 34000 DYNAMIC SYSTEMS & MEASUREMENTS
ME 34400 INTRO TO ENGINEERING MATERIALS
ME 40100 ENGINEERING ETHICS
ME 41400 THERMAL-FLUID SYSTEMS DESIGN
ME 59700 RENEWABLE ENERGY & FUEL CELLS
I don't really have semesters, but after the holiday break I will be finishing up a cellular and molecular biology block, followed by a block on functional systems, and then neuroscience. Can't wait to knock out my 3.5 hour exam on monday so I can do some needed stuff on my tanks. Medical school can really get in the way of things!

Well good luck!! I ended up failing, so I had to withdraw to prevent getting a F on my transcript. God, it was so fast and hard for my puny little brain!! I was waaaaay to use to open book/note math classes in High School. :icon_cry:
When I returned to school math was my biggest obstacle as well. I feel the math pains! I ended up taking a couple of part time classes at a community college to get up to speed before I took the plunge back into full time course work a few years ago.
As a returning adult student (34), math has been a killer for me as well. In fact I took a remedial course as a refresher. I ended up taking the course using the WWW.aleks.com format. I loved it. I just took my final yesterday, and for the first time in my life I got an
"A" in algebra.
Still have zoology, English, and meteorology.. UGH

Will work for shrimpz.......
