Good day gone bad

So, I have a 20gal long I recently set up and today was the day to get my co2 hooked up. I had a 5lb co2 tank and an azoo regulator I purchased a few years ago when I was in the hobby. (Been on break a cpl years) Anyway, I take the empty tank to swap it for a full one and the store owner informs me that he just sold the last five pound tank in the store. Wont have anymore until Tuesday. We talk for a few minutes and he tells me that he sold one that the guy isnt picking up until next week and he can give me that one and his shipment should come in before the other customer comes in. GREAT! Guy takes my empty tank in the back and comes back with a full 10lb tank and says,"Merry Christmas. You now own a 10lb tank." I couldn't be happier. Life is good. Come home, hook everything up and after a few minutes I can tell that the regulator is leaking somewhere. My plan was to take it all apart and put pipe tape on all the threads to try and fix it but it seems like they freaking glued this thing together! I was able to get one piece off, that the solenoid connects to and had to chip hard pieces of what seems to be some kind of glue off the threads. The guages I couldnt budge. They are solid. I have been aggravated with this crap all evening and have had enough. I need a regulator. I dont want to spend 200-300.00 on one but I dont want to end up with a piece of junk I cant use either. I've read a few threads on regulators but I dont know what to buy. Can someone recommend a reliable dual stage regulator with solenoid that wont break the bank please?

Man I am so sorry to hear that. I'm not a professional on regulators or anything and I know this is around the price you don't want to pay. GLA GRO Regulators have a 3 year warranty on them at least. I figured at least you'll will have some peace of mind with 3 years backing you up. If I ever were in the business of buying a regulator, I would get that brand.
I have a whole GLA co2 kit. I highly recommend their regulators.
